Information
There’s something undeniably special about Kuyenda. Set beneath shady trees by the Manzi River, it may be the simplest of our camps but Kuyenda embodies the authentic charm of old Africa with its cluster of traditional thatched grass huts and back-to-nature feel. Kuyenda’s intimate atmosphere is only enhanced by the extraordinary staff who run the camp – the ever-hospitable team and Zambia’s most experienced guides. No one knows Kuyenda like they do, and no one will make you feel more welcome.
Rooms
Kuyenda rooms – 6 Rooms
Six simple, thatched, raised rondavels set on the edge of a grassy plain, surrounded by the seemingly out-of-place palm trees. All rooms have convertible beds with a huge canopy of mosquito net, all with unique en suite bathrooms, open to the stars above, with double vanities, shower and a view looking out across the plains . The rooms have panoramic views and open up onto a wooden deck where you can look out onto the surrounding plains and the incredible game that frequently saunters through camp, day and night. Offering exclusive, personalized service and tranquility for no more than 12 guests this is a truly authentic African Safari camp. Kuyenda is open from June to November.
